1. How do I know what size to choose?

2. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?
It is only possible to make a change to your order if the order has not been processed. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (service@swimshy.com) with your change/cancellation request details included, this will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.
3. I didn't receive the order confirmation.

If the item is in stock, we will ship it out within 24 hours. If not, we may need 1-4 working days to prepare for that.

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, the tracking number will be updated to your inbox automatically, and you can track it online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company. Please ensure you leave correct email address so that the tracking number can be sent to you.
