RECEIVING TIME = ORDER PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME

1. Processing: The order processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the stock status of the individual product. It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order (while some items may need 3-7 business days). 
2. Shipping Rates & Shipping Time:

We have 2 shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. The shipping rates and AVG shipping times are as following:

Door-to-door international express delivery is usually used, and if the quantity is large, you can also choose to air or sea.

1. About delivery time?

After you place your order, we will arrange the delivery within 1-3 business days after receiving the full payment.

2. About the tracking number?

Once the package is sent, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can see where the package is.

3. What is the risk of customs arrest?

1>. Our prices do not include import duties and other national fees;

2>. International express delivery companies act as agents for export declarations, and goods can usually be exported smoothly. Due to different policies in different countries, for example, if the goods are detained by the customs, the customer needs to pay the relevant taxes and fees in the following ways. they themselves;

*Due to the high shipping cost and long shipping time, we do not provide retail and wholesale service for the following countries and regions at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Countries and regions (In no particular order):

Africa, Antarctica, Bouvet Island, Falkland Islands, South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands, French Southern Territory, China, Saudi Arabia, Peru, Ecuador, Nicaragua.

Notes:
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4) Should your package not arrive within 30 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.

***Attention***

1. Please leave sufficient details about your shipping address to ensure a smooth delivery, it would be better if your shipping address can be accurate to Apt/unit number. A correct email is mandatory for receiving order confirmation and shipping notification. The phone number is required for being contacted by delivery man if necessary.
2. Please note that Swimshy is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, blank mobile column. Non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by Swimshy
3. We do ship parcels to P.O. Box Address and Military Address(APO/FPO) via Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping methods, but express shipping methods are not available to P.O. Box or Military Addresses(APO/FPO). Please note that shipping to outlying territories or remote areas & islands, Military Addresses(APO/FPO) usually take much longer than normal delivery time.
4. Shipping time might be affected during public holidays or extreme weathers. Because the manufacturers & carriers might limit or stop their operations. Unfortunately this is outside of our control, normal service resumes soon after holiday or extreme weather ends.
5. Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in destination country. Especially for expedited shipping, please kindly allow some working days of delivery to your address, even likely " not found ". Thanks for your patience. Should you have any question, please reach out to our customer service.
6. Due to longer customs clearance time, the shipping time may be extended to 10-25 working days in Philippines, Indonesia and India.
7. Please know that the address of your package can be modified before it is sent out, but the address cannot be modified when the goods are sent out
